Drawing strong comparisons to Paul Simon, Bob Dylan and Mark Knopfler, Bud Buckley has come on strong to the indie acoustic rock scene by blending thoughtful fingerstyle acoustic guitar with thoughtful vignette-style lyrics. He has charted #1 in London's Loneboystore.com for numerous weeks with two songs from his critically acclaimed CD, produced in Woodstock, NY with an all-star backup.
Bud has been busy playing large festivals including Musikfest in Bethlehem, PA, Fort Myers Beach Art Baywalk, and kicking off the Sundance Film Festival at the Orion Indie Music Festival in Park City, Utah. His new (recorded in Woodstock) CD, "Sitting on the Wind," is due out late in 2009 and is sure to garner the same praise as his last hit CD "It's About Time.
