A veteran of numerous Broadway shows since the age of 11, Tony Yazbeck, will be performing the leading role in the upcoming smash hit, Irving Berlin's White Christmas, on Broadway at the Marriot Marquis starting Nov. 13 '09. He garnered rave reviews from the critics performing the standout role of "Tulsa" in the Broadway revival of Gypsy with Patti LuPone '08-'09. Tony was nominated for the 2008 Outer Circle Critics Award as Outstanding Featured Actor in a Musical for Gypsy. Prior to his role in Gypsy, Tony played "Al" in the Broadway revival of A Chorus Line (2006-2007). He is featured in the successful documentary film of the making of A Chorus LIne titled, Every Little Step.
Additionally, Tony has been featured in the Broadway shows: Never Gonna Dance (2004), Oklahoma (2002) and the 1990 revival of Gypsy with Tyne Daly (his first Broadway show). Off-Broadway credits include Fanny Hill (2006), A Tree Grows in Brooklyn (2005), Pardon My English (2004) and the U.S. Broadway touring companies of White Christmas, The Musical (2007), Doctor Dolittle (2005), Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (2004), and Thoroughly Modern Millie (2003).
